Planning
C & A provides services in respect of planning, assisting in application for lease modifications. Such includes preparation of development proposals, assessment of their impact including but not limited to traffic impact assessments, environmental impact assessments, geotechnical impact assessments and drainage ⁄ sewerage impact assessments.
Feasibility Assessment
C & A provides services in respect of feasibility assessments for projects of different sizes, in terms of engineering as well as commercial viability. Such assessments cover projects of different natures, from technical aspects of construction works to major development projects.
Design
C & A provides services in respect of preliminary and detailed designs. Such services cover designs for civil, building, structural, geotechnical, transport and other aspects, for government departments, developers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors of projects.
In the case of private projects, C & A's team of Authorised Person and Registered Structural Engineer would also arrange for submission of the concerning designs to the Buildings Department for approval.
Pre-Contract Administration
C & A provides services in respect of tender administration in preparation of cost and programme estimates and comprehensive tender document, arranging for and overseeing the entire tendering process to ensure a most suitable contract, in terms of capability of the contractor as well as cost of the works, is entered into.
Project Management
C & A provides services in respect of project management, including supervision of works and administration of projects to ensure that aspects including timing, cost, quality, safety, and other concerns of the client are well taken care of, through our team of experienced construction site personnel.
Contract Administration
C & A provides services in respect of contract administration in overseeing contractual, measurement and statutory issues. These range from settlement of disputes, to quantity surveying, and to insurance matters that are taken care of by our team of experienced contract administration personnel.
Quality ⁄ Safety ⁄ Environmental Management
C & A provides services in respect of quality ⁄ safety ⁄ environmental management from procurement of ISO certifications, training of personnel relating to quality, safety and environmental aspects, independent auditing, assisting in the implementation of the documented system, setting up of a quality and safety system and team in the work site, preparations of submissions to the client or to the authorities, assessment and applications of environmental permits including those for concrete batching plant and of similar nature.
