Geotechnical and Building Development Services
The Building Authority of the Government of Hong Kong SAR would issue B.D. order to building owner in respect of any building works being carried out in contravention of any of the provisions of the Building Ordinance or are connected with any building works that have been so carried out. Some of these are dangerous hillside order which is of geotechnical engineering nature. C & A offers consulting services to assist these building owners to carry out the necessary investigation works, to prepare the investigation report, to submit the remedial proposal to the Building Authority, to carry out the remedial work and subsequently to close out the BD order. For building development, C & A also offers consulting services in tender submission for foundation and superstructure of building projects.
