Drainage Consulting Services
In the past decade, the Government of Hong Kong SAR have expended significant resources to alleviate and resolve on the problems posed by severe flooding during wet seasons within the territory, especially in the North West New Territories and Central Kowloon Region. Many drainage rehabilitation works contracts have been carried out which required a substantial amount of river training and diversion of existing drainage facilities. C & A had been offering such drainage work consultant services to clients related to these government drainage contracts. Such consultancy services includes drainage impact assessment study on the local community habitat resulting from the proposed drainage construction work and the likely effects of the associated drainage or stream diversion scheme.
