C & A consulting services are offered through a group of professional technical and managerial staff under the direction of the top management directors consisting of Mr. Eric K K CHIU, Mr. Gordon Y M MO and Mr. Samuel W N CHU.
Key experience of Mr. CHIU, Mr. MO and Mr. CHU are as follow:
Eric K K CHIU
Mr. Chiu is a chartered civil engineer. During his 23 years in the construction field, he has worked for major contractors and consultants, involving in civil, geotechnical and building works. While Mr. Chiu has involved himself in various aspects of construction including planning, design, contract administration, project management, quality and safety management for major projects, his main experience rests on project management and contract administration. He was project manager for the well known Rumsey Street Flyover project for construction of an important and technically complicated vehicular flyover system within the heart of the financial centre of Hong Kong. He was also senior project manager of tens of other infrastructure projects launched by the Hong Kong Government, and of private building projects by private developers; as well as Q S Manager for a major contractor in Hong Kong. He has also taken part in the West Rail project of Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation and was project manager in charge of Tin Shui Wai Station and its associated works under West Rail Contract CC203. Mr. Chiu has also been a member of the Contractor Registration Committee under the Buildings Ordinance since 2001 and is currently an assessor of the Qualification Board of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
Gordon Y M MO
Mr. Mo is a chartered civil engineer. He has worked in both consultants and contractors over the past 25 years in Hong Kong. His extensive experience covers site supervision for construction of footbridges, highway structures, building structures, structural steelwork, foundation works including H-pile, minipile, pre-bored socketted H-pile and friction bored pile, major drainage and sewerage works, water supply and tunnel works, utilities, temporary traffic management and temporary works as well as liaison/co-ordination with government departments and relevant parties. Mr. Mo has also involved in feasibility study, detailed design and construction cost estimation of major drainage and sewerage structures and checking of temporary works in consulting office as well as temporary work design with the contractor.
Samuel W N CHU
Mr. Chu is a chartered civil engineer. During his 20 years in the construction field, he has worked for major contractors and consultants, involving in civil, structural, geotechnical and building works. Mr Chu has involved himself in various aspects of construction including design, contract administration, project management, and safety management for major projects. He have worked as Resident Engineer and Project Director for a variety of projects including construction of highway bridges, railway depot, public housing redevelopment, urban drainage improvement, flood prevention and water work facilities.
