Jointly developed by the Urban Renewal Authority and the Great Eagle Group, Langham Place is a 1,800,000 sq. ft. 3-in-1 mega development, comprising a 15-storey shopping mall, a 59-level Grade-A office tower and a 665-room 5-star hotel.
The project borders on Argyle Street, Shanghai Street, Portland Street and Reclamation Street in Mong Kok, Kowloon. The hotel and the office tower have started operations whereas the shopping mall have just opened for business and it is anticipated that Langham Place would become the most significant and major landmark of central Kowloon in the nearest coming future.
