C & A provides services to clients in Hong Kong from both the public and the private sectors. They are developers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, owners and managers of premises.
C & A has been founded and managed by a group of experienced engineers, architects and managers who have all the capability and expertise to ensure quality of professional services provided to clients in addressing general and specific engineering issues.
