The project is the drainage improvement works on the Hinterland of the Phase III portion of Central Reclamation and the works to be executed under the Contract comprises of replacement of an existing storm drain with a box culvert in Connaught Place, construction of a bypass storm drain from the existing Connaught Place box culvert to and including manhole SMH4, the construction of two stormwater interceptors respectively at Connaught Place West and Connaught Place East and the construction of sewerage works entrusted from DSD
